1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payment. Master Card or Visa Card.
2. How can I receive my product?
We deliver your products via courier services: Skynet within Malaysia, and DHL for international destinations.
Please note that we only deliver to the following countries:

3. How secure is my online order/credit card payment?
When you place your order online, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted before being sent over the internet. Thus it is difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transmitted to the banks.
4. If we received the wrong size, can I return the product? Will it be replaced?
Yes. However you will need to return the product for replacement. Please return the respective product to:

Please indicate "Return of Merchandise" inside the package together with your name, contact information, purchase details and reasons for the replacement.
5. How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
Within Malaysia - next day

6. Is there any warranty that comes with the product?
No warranty.
7. The sizing refers to Asian or European sizes?
Mercedes GP size refers to European size.
Petronas Grand Prix and Petmos refers to Asian size.
8. Do you accept other currencies besides Ringgit Malaysia?
Only Ringgit Malaysia. From overseas, the conversion will be done automatically upon credit card approval.
9. Do I need to bear any tax fee or custom duties?
Product and delivery cost are not inclusive of tax and custom duties. Hence consumers will bear the cost.
